3、勞逸結合，有善用腦：
要想提高學習成績，還要注意勞逸結合，有善用腦。復習階段，不少同學總是要廢寢忘食、加班加點地復習功課，用減少睡眠和減少文體活動的方法來增加學習時間，殊不知，這樣做的害處是很多的。有的人會整天疲乏無力，思考問題變得緩慢，記憶力明顯下降，致使學習時間長而效率低。在考試前夕，加緊復習是完全必要的，但一定要勞逸適度。譬如，在緊張地學習一段時間之后，看看電視，聽聽音樂，或散散步，這樣可使大腦得到適當的休息，會收到事半功倍的效果。
