　　I am a 15-year-old student in junior Grade 3. Though I am occupied with my study, I would like to spend time on my hobbies, such as playing the piano, surfing the Internet.

　　One of my favourite hobby is reading. Reading has been in my life for many years, since I began to learn characters. It can not only kill the time, but also, more important, help improve my comprehension ability. When reading, I can learn a lot. Reading Shakespear's works, I know how Hamlet looks like. Reading Scorates, I can see how great ancient Greek philosophers are. Reading Lu Xu, I come back to the old time of China.

　　Reading really affect my life.

　　我在初中3年級(jí)的一名15歲的學(xué)生。雖然我被我的學(xué)習(xí)所占據(jù)，我想花時(shí)間在我的愛好上，如彈鋼琴，上網(wǎng)。

　　As a middle school student,I learn many subjects,I study so hard every day. When I get home,I will do my homework and then go over the book. But when holiday comes,I feel a little confused,because I don't want to study and do something new.Then I don't know what to do, my mind get blank.

　　作為一個(gè)中學(xué)生,我學(xué)許多科目,我每天那么努力學(xué)習(xí)。當(dāng)我回家時(shí),我會(huì)做作業(yè),然后復(fù)習(xí)書本。但當(dāng)假期來臨的時(shí)候, 我感到有點(diǎn)困惑,因?yàn)槲也幌雽W(xué)習(xí)，想做一些新的事情。我就不知道要做什么,我的'頭腦一片空白。

　　I decide to develop my interest.Some day,I happened to see a tennis match，and I couldn't stop watching, then I fell in love with tennis. So I started to learn playing tennis,I felt so happy.

　　My favourite hobbies are reading and writing。When I was young， I was not fond of them 。 For a little child ， reading and writing were boring But my teacher encouraged me to try to write down my feelings after reading something。

　　So I had a try。At the beginning， there were only a few sentences on my notebook ，But I used to read them to my parents or classmates。It gave me enormous satisfaction and pleasure to be able to touch the lives of others with words because their respoonse gave me hope 。good—selfesteen and pride inmy abilities。 Reading and writing have helped me to give my life meaning。

　　Now I am a high school student， I donot have much time to read and write。 But words are at the very heart of my hobbies， and I am very happy that I can write in English。 In the future， reading and writing will be a funny way of my life。
