　　Nowadays,the employment of college students is becoming more and more of a problem. About a decade ago,university students could find satisfactory and enviable jobs after graduation,while at current situation,about 30% of graduate students can’t find a job but stay at home after graduation.

　　Employment difficulty of college students is due to the following reasons. Among these,the increasing recruitment of colleges and universities plays a vital role. In addition,many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy.

　　Considering such a rough job market,I think it is high time that we took effective measures to solve the problem. Above all,college students should realize their own defects and further improve themselves to keep their competitive edge in society. Moreover,colleges or universities should provide more trainings and internship opportunities before the students enter the society. Besides,college students should hold a right attitude towards jobs and set their job expectations at a suitable level. Only through these ways can the college students find a satisfactory job and have a brighter future.

　　My aspiration after graduating from the University

　　There are various kinds of jobs in the world,such as writing,nursing,teaching and engineering. But different people choose different jobs as their ideal careers. This is because everyone has his own interest.

　　As for me,I have made up my mind to be a teacher. I choose to do so mainly for three reasons. First,I want to teach because I like the pace of academic calendar. Two long vacations offer me an opportunity for reflection,research and writing. Secondly,I want to teach because I like the freedom to make my own mistakes,to learn my own lesson,to stimulate myself and my students. And I can have the opportunity to keep on learning. Finally,I want to teach because,being around the students who are beginning to grow and change in front of me,I will grow and change with them too.

　　But teaching is no easy job at all. I must study cleverly to obtain more knowledge. And,at the same time,I will make every effort to purify my soul so that I can become an architect of man＇s soul.

　　Although it may bring unfavorable consequences,we can be sure to conclude that this practice is favorable on the whole. To begin with,most students will become more hardworking and efficient in order to finish the learning tasks satisfactorily. Moreover,with two degrees at hand after graduation,they will stand a better chance in the job market full of fierce competition. In the third place,as for today‘s university students,tuition and fees are becoming more and more expensive. If they can make achievements in study at school and find a satisfactory job afterwards,it will not be a big problem.

　　Weighing the pros and cons of such a new trend,we can naturally arrive at the conclusion that it is beneficial and rewarding. This system not only compels students to work hard,but also prepares them for the coming competition.

　　my college is a place for a new beginning,im sure im taking a new life,everything here is full of challenge,quite different from things in high school,teachers are not going to tell you eactly what you are going to do,you will have to make your own decisions.

　　so far,im geting along so well with people aroud me,college provides me with chances and challenge,im going to make a difference to my life!and i have every confidence on myself.i will still have to move on......
