各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師：
大家好！
首先我感謝同事一直以來(lái)對(duì)我的信任和支持，同時(shí)給我這個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)參加本次教師崗位競(jìng)聘的演講。我不會(huì)用漂亮的詩(shī)句來(lái)謳歌我的職業(yè), 我也不會(huì)用深邃的思想來(lái)寫(xiě)就個(gè)人的價(jià)值。因?yàn)槲揖褪且幻掌胀ㄍǖ挠變航處�，一名熱�?ài)孩子，熱愛(ài)崗位的幼兒教師。 在我通過(guò)了育嬰師教育資格的培訓(xùn)，目前大專(zhuān)在讀，教師資格考試順利通過(guò)。回首過(guò)去的日子，我一直擔(dān)任著班的生活英語(yǔ)老師，今天我競(jìng)聘的崗位是生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)。我之所以競(jìng)聘這個(gè)崗位，是因?yàn)槲揖哂幸韵碌膸讉�(gè)優(yōu)勢(shì)：
一、我有一顆熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)的心：我明白教師的苦與累、平凡與無(wú)私。我們有的只是生活的忙碌，肩頭沉甸甸的責(zé)任。
但我無(wú)悔于自己的選擇！我深深?lèi)?ài)著教師這一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我這顆跳動(dòng)的火熱的心！面對(duì)著一群天真可愛(ài)的孩子，我揣摩著、嘗試著，與他們真誠(chéng)的交流著，讓我們用愛(ài)托起明天的太陽(yáng)。
二、我有較為扎實(shí)的實(shí)踐知識(shí)：自參加工作以來(lái)，我始終不忘學(xué)習(xí)，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑戰(zhàn)，不斷地豐富自己、提高自己。由此堅(jiān)信我對(duì)生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)的教學(xué)工作是完全能夠勝任的。
三、我有較強(qiáng)的工作能力：并在實(shí)踐中也積累一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)。我深知生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)教育工作在幼兒成長(zhǎng)歷程中的地位和作用，同時(shí)在實(shí)踐中也悟出一些方法和策略。也深知作為生活英語(yǔ)組組長(zhǎng)要“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切”這樣的.準(zhǔn)則。我踏實(shí)工作，關(guān)愛(ài)幼兒的每一天，看到孩子們每天高高興興的來(lái)幼兒園、又高高興興的離開(kāi)幼兒園是我最大的樂(lè)趣，在工作中我關(guān)心每一位幼兒的身體狀況及生活自理能力，如：孩子生病了，我會(huì)及時(shí)進(jìn)行電話詢(xún)問(wèn)家長(zhǎng)孩子的身體情況，提高我們班級(jí)幼兒出勤率。
四、我具有奉獻(xiàn)精神：如只要園內(nèi)有事，我能自覺(jué)地留下來(lái)加班，同事有事或有困難時(shí)我也能及時(shí)頂上，并有質(zhì)量地完成各項(xiàng)工作任務(wù)。服從大局，服從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的安排。
如果我能夠通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，我打算從以下幾個(gè)方面改進(jìn)自己的教學(xué)工作，提高自己的教學(xué)水平。
1、更加科學(xué)規(guī)范地做好日常班級(jí)管理工作根據(jù)實(shí)際情況，在適合幼兒年齡特點(diǎn)的前提下，應(yīng)認(rèn)真落實(shí)各項(xiàng)教學(xué)常規(guī)工作及做好保教工作，解決家長(zhǎng)的后顧之優(yōu)。
2、根據(jù)自身的教學(xué)長(zhǎng)處將足健及科學(xué)認(rèn)讀落實(shí)到幼兒的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)中，設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)展豐富的一系列實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，突顯震幼園本課程特色。
3、加強(qiáng)個(gè)人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。加強(qiáng)自己的工作能力和工作藝術(shù)，顧全大局，維護(hù)幼兒園良好形象，努力調(diào)動(dòng)孩子們主動(dòng)發(fā)展，努力提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)能力。
六、如果我能夠通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)上崗，我會(huì)做到：
1、負(fù)責(zé)本級(jí)部各項(xiàng)工作的組織和實(shí)施。協(xié)調(diào)好班組之間的關(guān)系，團(tuán)結(jié)全組成員努力開(kāi)展保教工作。
2、以身作則，在全組樹(shù)立正氣，獨(dú)立有創(chuàng)意的開(kāi)展班組工作。
3、及時(shí)與本組各班教師保育員交流溝通，發(fā)現(xiàn)需求和問(wèn)題及時(shí)向園領(lǐng)導(dǎo)反映，積極提出研究建議。
4、在工作需要時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)組內(nèi)人員的工作安排及同事關(guān)系，協(xié)助園長(zhǎng)做好組內(nèi)人員的思想工作，確保教育教學(xué)工作的順利完成。
5、組織本組及各班積極主動(dòng)利用社區(qū)、家庭教育資源，做好家園一致教育。
6、及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確下達(dá)園務(wù)精神，按時(shí)完成幼兒園的各項(xiàng)工作。 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、老師們，我有信心、有決心做好苗班班主任及小班配班的教育工作，我將用左肩擔(dān)著愛(ài)我的孩子，用我的右肩擔(dān)著我愛(ài)的幼兒園，執(zhí)著堅(jiān)韌地挑起我深?lèi)?ài)的老師這一行，為震幼的明天獻(xiàn)出自己的一點(diǎn)光和熱。

good evening,
it’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech—change the world, change ourselves.
it’s noticable that western holidays are becoming increasingly popular day by day, while chinese traditional festivals are being somewhat neglected. not long before about 10 doctors in beijing university and qinghua unversity announced that we should reject the invasion of western holidays ,because they regard western holidays as an challenge against our traditional festivals and culture.
frankly speaking, i don’t quite agree with them.indeed, we should never neglect or even discard our traditonal festivals as china boasts a brilliant history and splendid traditions.
but why can’t we absorb the meaningful western holidays and culture.
there are obvious reasons why some western holidays are so popular in china. on the one hand, some of the western holidays which we chinese don’t have are reasonable and meaningful, such as father’s day and april fool’s day etc. on the other hand,the prevalence of globalization enables western culture to prevail in china. overwhelmed by such a trend,chinese unconsiciously get involved in western holidays and culture.
with the further development of the whole world, the cultural communication between different countries and nations becomes faster and more and more important. we are indeed from different nations, but we are the citizens of the same world, so the outstanding culture of different nations is the commom wealth of everyone on the earth.the only way for us to protect our traditional culture is to reject the foreign culture? the answer is definitely no. what we ought to do is to spare no effort to educate chinese to get to know and treasure our splendid traditions instead of rejecting foreign culture. only by educating can we set our confidence and belief towards our culture.

My name is xxx, from class four O five. Today, I am very happy to be here. My topic is “Our School”.
My dear friends, welcome to our school! My school is very beautiful! It has a big playground. We can play and do some sports there. Near the playground, there is a garden. Many trees and flowers are there. So the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. It is so wonderful. Our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. We can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. My classroom is on the third floor. It is clean and bright. We like to study in it. The computer room is on the fifth floor. We can sing and dance in the music room on the sixth floor. What a lot of fun! We can have lunch in the canteen near Defang Teaching Building.
in our school, our teachers work hard and help us with our lessons. We study hard and listen to teachers carefully. After class, our teachers play with us and we feel very happy.

Since the day I was born, I began to have a proud name—Chinese. Since the day I began to talk, the most beautiful sentence I’ve ever learnt has been “I love you, China!”
i love you, China, and I’m so proud of being a Chinese. I’m proud that I’ve got the beautiful yellow skin, black eyes and black hair. I’m also proud that I speak the most beautiful language in the world—Chinese.
i love you, China, for I can feel the deep love you give me every day, every minute. Last year, I got an opportunity to visit the United States of America. During my staying there, my father’s boss once invited my family to dinner. While at , he looked at me and asked: “Little boy, how long have you been in America?” “About a month,” I answered, “How lucky you are!” he said, “If you were living in China, how could you learn such perfect English?” I smiled and told him proudly that all the students in China are able to learn English at school.
