    Step 1 Lead-in

    With the development of science and technology, we have a lot more careers

    to choose from. Personally I’d like to make teaching my life career . It is not that

    teachers have two vacations every year, but that teaching is an honorable job .

    First, a teacher must read a lot of things. He must equip himself with a wide

    range of knowledge to meet the requirements of different students. In addition ,

    to be a good teacher, he must have good manners. For example, he must love

    and respect his students as well as understand them. He not only spreads the

    knowledge, but also tells them how to be a useful person . Lastly , teaching is

    a demanding and challenging job .To survive and succeed ,he must keep on

    learning and improving himself .

    So , after considering all of these, I think you may agree with me that to be

    a teacher as my life career is a wise choice.

    I am going to be a teacher

    Teaching is believed to be the most meaningful occupation on earth and teachers are often regarded as the soul of human beings . Though I am not a teacher by profession . I have a dream of becoming a teacher one day .

    If I were a teacher , either at a primary school or high school , I would encourage my students to develop their own original ideas instead of always filling their heads with other people’s ideas. I would never laugh at their opinions , no matter how ignorant they may seem , for developing creative mind is the number one task in education.

    If I were a teacher , I would help my student grow up to be mentally healthy, and I would teach my student to be good citizens as well as qualified scholars. I would make them aware of the importance of being fully developed and that of being responsible for society .I would frequently get them out of the ivory tower and get in touch with the world outside the campus.
