To the Company:
我公司與貴公司因物料制作事項(xiàng)合作，簽訂廣州MO營運(yùn)處20xx年日常管理表單制作合同(以下簡稱“主合同”)，合同編號：XXXX。為杜絕商業(yè)賄賂行為，我公司鄭重做出如下承諾：
Whereas, by virtue of particular contractual relationship with T company (hereinafter Hereinafter, to prevent fromcommercial bribery misconducts, statements are undertaken as follows:
I、不行賄、不受賄No bribes
在業(yè)務(wù)往來過程中(包括但不限于談判、招標(biāo)、簽約、履約等)，我公司及我公司工作人員在此承諾：

b)決不收受、索取來自貴公司的工作人員及其親屬、朋友或其他有特定關(guān)系的人員的賄賂(包括但不限于現(xiàn)金、物品或以其他任何方式給予的好處或利益等)。
We shall , by no means, directly and/or indirectly pursue to accept from any of T company‘s staff and/or relatives, friends or any other third party into any specific bribery (including but not limited to gifts of cash, goods, or in any other shape of advantage or benefits, etc. ).
II、如實(shí)呈報(bào)Notification in Truth
若貴公司的工作人員或其親屬、朋友或其他有特定關(guān)系的人員向我公司或我公司工作人員索取賄賂或行賄的，我公司承諾立即如實(shí)向貴公司稽核長辦公室舉報(bào)。
We shall , be subject to notification in truth to the Chief Auditor Office of T company in the event that any action of soliciting or attempt of solicit bribes or bribery from any of T company’s staff and/or relatives, friends or any other third party.
若我公司違反以上承諾，則我公司：
Shall there be in any in violation with the above statements, it is undertaken as follows:
I、同意貴公司解除貴我雙方的'主合同，由此造成的損失概由我公司完全承擔(dān)及賠償，同時我公司承諾按主合同標(biāo)的總金額的50%向貴公司支付違約金;
Without any dissent, T company shall assume the right to void the main contract, and claim for all the attributing damage and loss. Notwithstanding the foregoing, be subject to the liquidated damage equivalent to 50% within the main contract amounts to T company;
II、承擔(dān)由此產(chǎn)生的全部民事、行政、刑事法律責(zé)任。

本承諾書為貴我雙方簽訂之主合同的附件，與主合同具有同等法律效力。
